Best Healthy and Easy Lentil Tortillas

In this video, I’ll show you how to make healthy and delicious lentil tortillas that are packed with protein and fiber. These tortillas are made with just five simple ingredients: red lentils, oats, flax seeds, hemp seeds and water. They’re easy to make and perfect for a quick and healthy meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup red lentils
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 1/2 tbs flax seeds
  • 1 1/2 tbs hemp seeds
  • 3 cups water

Instructions:

  1. Combine lentils, oats, and flax seeds in a high-speed blender and blend until we get a flour-like consistency.
  2. Add water.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium or medium high heat.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and spread it out into a thin circle.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
