In this video, I’ll show you how to make healthy and delicious lentil tortillas that are packed with protein and fiber. These tortillas are made with just five simple ingredients: red lentils, oats, flax seeds, hemp seeds and water. They’re easy to make and perfect for a quick and healthy meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup red lentils
- 1 cup oats
- 1 1/2 tbs flax seeds
- 1 1/2 tbs hemp seeds
- 3 cups water
Instructions:
- Combine lentils, oats, and flax seeds in a high-speed blender and blend until we get a flour-like consistency.
- Add water.
- Heat a large skillet over medium or medium high heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and spread it out into a thin circle.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
These lentil tortillas are a great alternative to flour tortillas. They’re also a good source of protein and fiber, which can help you feel full and satisfied. Enjoy!
